If so, you will be interested in the important role of Refund handling Manager, based in Portugal and working as part of the International Marketing Operations team. We are looking for a person with number and process affinity to work as part of an international team ensuring a smooth refund handling process.
Reporting to the Head of International Marketing Finance, Planning and Analysis team and based in Fujitsu’s Lisbon Global Delivery Centre, the fund management role will include:
• Planning & allocation
• approval
• claiming
• reimbursement
• reporting

Job Purpose
Partner Program Fund handling: Consulting, coordination, claiming and reporting
Key accountabilities
-Budget Management and handling of specific Fund Programs
-Consulting and support of relevant biz units for all refund handling aspects within mainly EMEIA
-Frequent interaction with Strategic Partners for smooth refund handling
-responsible for regular status reporting and transparency of the program
-Identify optimization potential of joint offerings and establish a best practice sharing across regions
- Ensuring Funding Program compliance
Key performance indicators
• Full usage of available budgets for activities with highest biz impact
• First time closure rates of claims
• Activities claimed in time and without running in audits
• Resources are utilised effectively and efficiently

Key education and experience
• university degree or equivalent education
• Working experience in international marketing and/or sales experience in the IT industry
• Experience to work in virtual teams
• Good ICT market know-how
• Very good communication, organizational and orchestration skills
• Knowledge in Co-Marketing with key IT Strategic Partners
• Strategic and analytical thinking
• Fluent English ( German / Japanese and finance background an advantage)
